Founded in October 2017, CRG Homes is a real estate investment company focused on the rejuvenation and revitalization of distressed homes in quality neighborhoods in New York and New Jersey. Based on our over 50 years of combined real estate experience we take a conservative, in-depth review of each property in communities we know very well.

Our selection criteria includes quality of school system, low crime rate, number of homes for sale, days on the market, number of homes sold and average price in past 12 months, cost of renovation, after repair value of the home and expected return on investment. We target the median sales price in a given town as our after repair selling price. We are dedicated to complete renovations for years of quality, care-free living for our buyers and delivering projected return on investment to our investors.
